Why Use Aquadyne?

- Aquadyne holds and conserves water during dry periods..... Drain it....Dont dry it !
- Aquadyne has a flow rate 10 x that of sand and the same as gravel.
Do I need a pipe under the Aquadyne?
- No, Aquadyne is a free flowing structure that will draw water from its whole surface area and flow along the structure.
- Aquadyne has an open pore surface area of 50%
- Perforated pipe has an open pore surface area of just 5% (50 times less that Aquadyne)
How strong is it?
Aquadyne will support over 1000 tonnes per m2.
How long will it last?
Aquadyne is a plastic product that does not degrade or break down.
Does it clog?
The vast surface area of Aquadyne and the high, constant flow rate combats clogging better than any conventional drainage product.
We specifically advise that a geotextile is not used as this introduces a filter barrier.
